New Business Manager

She’s finally here, our new Business Manager Karin M. Hallgren!

Karin, who will be our new Business Manager for Electronics and SW development , comes to Conmore with an extensive experience of software projects. Both with customers and as a consulting manager. A real boost to our growing software team!

What attracted you to Conmore?
– It feels exciting to be involved in developing a smaller company. I also got a very positive feeling of the company already in the first meeting. Both Andreas Svensson and Ali Mohammadian, who were my first contacts here, feel down to earth, committed and hungry.

– I want to learn lots of new things, share my experiences and simply be involved in developing Conmore.

How are you as a manager?
– It really feels like Conmore cares about its employees. I want to take note of that – and be a part of it. My goal is to be a relaxed and listening manager. The most important input in my work comes from the employees, who have daily contact with customers and clients. So I put listening high on the prio list.
